Self Confidence Day 8 and 9: Create a new habit
Whatever habit you are about to adopt does not have to be huge.
It can be a small habit. Something rather easy you can do for a month. Like drinking water when you wake up or stretching when you get out of bed.
Here's a couple new habits I've started:
- Taking my multi-vitamins after lunch
- Waking up an hour earlier
- Going on walks and listening to podcasts in the evening
The idea behind this is to encourage you to adopt positive habits and take small steps towards the life of your dreams.
